I tried to make a long-sleeved shirt for Sarah, and it didn’t end well, unfortunately. Until I had the bright idea to upcycle it into a short-sleeved shirt.
You can see the cut-off sleeves in the top corner above.
Sarah helped out too, holding it while I hemmed raw edges.
Looks good, doesn’t it? Its material is slightly thicker than the other shirts’ so it’s perfect for the colder weather we’ve had recently.
In fact, it’s the perfect weather to light the fire…
… and bury yourself under a blanket with a hot drink and a book.
