Custard Creams

I’ve been trying out a new technique for making miniature biscuits recently, my first attempt is these custard creams.


I wasn’t sure how visible the yellow cream in the middle was going to be, but it’s there!


Sarah spotted them this morning at the supermarket and picked them up because the biscuit tin was getting a little low.


I don’t think they’re going to stay in the tin for very long!



S: Can confirm, they are great with a hot chocolate. I agree, though any biscuit goes well with a hot chocolate in my opinion.
