There’s nothing like a nice warm toasted sandwich on a cold day, so I made two!
One has some chicken stir-fry in it, and I made some extra servings with the leftover mixture.
Looks a delicious lunch!
The other toasted sandwich is far less fancy, but just as tasty: a simple toasted cheese sandwich.
Remember it’s there Sarah, eat it while it’s hot! It tastes best when it’s hot, and you get the strings of cheese. “Yeah, just a minute…”
