Star Pants

I was originally just going to make the one floral pair of life-size pants, but then I saw this fabric:

The author wears loose, elastic-waisted pants printed with a Captain Marvel-inspired design with white shoes. She stands outside on a garden pathway, one knee bent slightly.

…and all of a sudden, I’ve made two pairs!

Close-up of the fabric. It has the movie logo and various symbols related to the MCU character, like her star and stripes, and a rocket ship taking off.

This is the same pattern as the last pair; though I do add hanging loops (like the one below) to all my homemade clothes.

The inside of the waistband of the pants is shown, with focus on a small loop of red ribbon sewn into the waistband.

I would have liked dark grey or red fabric for the pocket linings, but navy was all I had. I’m not too bothered, though – you can’t see it anyways!

The pants are arranged so the navy fabric of the pockets is visible.

I want to try making dungarees next! I plan on making them in a plain khaki fabric, which will make it easier to make doll clothes from the scraps. This print is probably a little bit large….

Anyways, see ya!
