Tea at Yaz’s Update

I finished making two more snake plants! I had extra leaves from the two larger ones, so I made up some extra pots.

Petra stands in Tea at Yaz's courtyard, against one of the wooden walls. She has three potted snake plants at her feet, and one in her arms. She wears a cream floral shirt with brown pants and brown boots. She's smiling at the camera.

The bigger pots are glue stick caps, and the smaller slimmer ones are ones I made myself. They both have the same baking soda/paint technique applied to make them look like terracotta.

Close-up of two of the snake plants. One is in a wider, shorter pot than the other, though both have a fake terracotta texture to them.

I’ve also added an archway to the walls of the courtyard.

Petra stands in Tea at Yaz's courtyard, hands in pockets. She's looking at (and standing beside) half of an archway, on the edge of the wall. The archway is taller than she is, and bordered with dark bricks.

Half of one, anyway. I imagine this leads back into the restaraunt, and sits directly opposite the front door.

Close-up of the top half of the archway. The view through the archway is hand-drawn, and shows the back of the front door of Tea at Yaz's as imagined by the author. It's surrounded by blue and white tiles, and there's a gold and bronze light hanging from the ceiling.

Therefore, this is the front door from the inside.

Petra stands near the archway in Tea at Yaz's courtyard, hands in pockets. She surveys the area, which is mostly empty beyond three snake plants in one corner and a small palm tree in the foreground.

For now, however, I’m concentrating on the courtyard. My plans here involve new furniture, and more potted plants, mostly. Possibly a water feature? We’ll see.

Anyways, see ya!
