A Burst of Yellow

This little yellow pouch came free with a crochet magazine, and it looked too cheerful not to make.

The pattern uses feature rows of crossed trebles (doubles for Americans), which is a stitch I love.

The magazine also came with 12 stitch markers, which all fit nicely into the pouch.

The turquoise shell button was also supplied.

If you own the magazine and haven’t made this yet, I warn you that the buttonhole that is specified in the pattern is too small for the button, so make your buttonhole a stitch or two wider than specified.

I do have a lot of yarn left over, so I may make a miniature jumper with the remains.

Anyways, see ya!

      1. The reason is: Even though I have not actually seen it yet. I have this obsession with Disney Descedants, so I wanted to make a Curl Up and Dye and an Ursula’s Fish and Chips from the Isle of the Lost.
P.S. I made some thing for Rose Briar from Evie that will be up on my blog as soon as I get pictures done.
