I made Sarah a stocking not long ago, with felt, sequins, and a little bit of ribbon.
It’s hollow, so you could put a very small gift inside.
I believe this is where stockings normally reside, over the fireplace? *checks Google Images* Yeah, I think so. 😀
In other news, Sarah’s gift this year is finished and wrapped as well.
S: ”It’s enormous in comparison to last year’s!” Well, I couldn’t fold it any smaller – oh. “Ha! It’s made of fabric!” Darn it! I was hoping you wouldn’t find that out. Ah well, makes it more exciting, I guess.

Sarah’s house is looking very festive! You’d be right about the stockings. 🙂 Our fireplace doesn’t house actual fire, but it still looks nice to have stockings hung above it. I’m still amazed by the lovely stone fireplace you made…would be right at home in an interior decorating show! 😀
