Zipper Pouch Beginnings

On an impulse recently, I decided to finally make an old zippered pouch kit with an embroidered front.

White fabric is in a wooden embroidery hoop. A small navy blue house and a green plant are embroidered on it, next to each other.

The white spaces around the little path will be filled with plant life, with a cool negative-space-effect.

I got this far taking regular progress photos, then completely forgot until this morning!

This gives you a good idea of what it’ll look like with the path twisting through the centre. I’m debating embroidering the other side of the pouch as well, but I’d definitely want a quicker design than this!

Anyways, see ya!
