Happy New Year everyone! I hope it’s going well for you so far, or at least better than the Society for the Promotion of Elfish Welfare did.
The Society is from Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Hermione creates it in protest of house-elf slavery, but it’s not a success. I don’t think she’s the best at creating abbreviations for societies, either.
I used different fabric for this badge, I think it’s a plain cotton. I’ve used it before to make Snatchcorn’s rug, but I’ve never used fabric that’s not muslin for a badge, and I’m really happy with how it turned out.
It’s the third badge with the glue-on-the-back method, and the fourth circular one I’ve made.
It’s also the second Potter badge I’ve made, and I plan on making a badge with Luna’s pink glasses on, I believe they were first seen in the Order of the Phoenix movies. (Correct me if I’m wrong!)
