Whew! What a year!
I believe last year I re-capped the year in 12 photos, and I thought I’d do the same this year, so we can see how my skills have developed. Starting with January:
February:
March:
April:
May:
June:
July:
August:
September:
October:
November:
December:
Looking at the pictures I chose, I seemed to do a lot of sewing and crochet this year! There were quite a few big achievements, including the knitted socks, the shawl (my first crocheted item of clothing), and publishing the Occamy pattern.
I was also able to make some miniature food this year, including the delicious cinnamon rolls – don’t they look delightful? I also think my miniatures skills have improved alongside my sewing/embroidery and crochet skills, what with the trophies.
Hopefully next year I can continue improving, and try to make a few more big projects, like sets (*cough* Diagon Alley), as I find them just as fun as the little projects I make in between.
It’s been amazing sharing this year with all you wonderful readers, your comments truly make me happy, and I enjoy sharing in your blogging journeys too.
Anyways, see ya next year!

I love your pink socks. I’ve started knitting again after nearly 40 (!!!) years and really enjoying it. My partner has asked me to knit him some socks. My first reaction was ‘you’re kidding me’, but your post has inspired me!
