Life-size Dungarees

The next piece of life-size clothing I made was these dungarees!

The author wears a pair of khaki green dungarees over a chambray shirt with white shoes. She has her hands in her pockets, and the dungarees have a waistband tied in a bow. She stands outside, on a concrete path beside a garden bed.
The dungarees lie folded next to an open book on a white background. The book is open to a double page with an image of a woman wearing purple dungarees and the first page of instructions for making the dungarees.

They came from the same book as the pants from earlier this year, and the pockets are the same colour as the outer.

Close-up of one of the side pockets of the dungarees, on a white background. The pocket is open, so the khaki inside is visible.

They’re made of linen, so I feel super fancy in them!

The author walks towards the camera, wearing the dungarees over a chambray shirt with white shoes. Her arms are at her sides, and she is on a pat next to a garden bed.
The author stands on the garden path, holding the stem of a red flower in the garden bed. She wears the dungarees over a chambray shirt with white shoes. Her other hand hangs at her side.

They’re super comfy (much like the pants were), and they’re something a bit different in my wardrobe too, because I usually just wear pants and a shirt of some kind. I definitely want to make so many more life-size clothes, I think I’ve caught the bug! Maybe next summer, I’ll make another pair of dugarees, but make them shorts….

Anyways, see ya!
