Project Roundup

I have another shirt I’ve been working on for a few weeks now, and it’s nearly finished as I type this.

Two unattached shirt sleeves are laid flat on a wood surface, angling from bottom-left to top-right. They are made of grey cotton with a white and darker-grey floral design. Beside them is a needlebook and a pair of thread snips.

Just needs a hem, and then I need to order buttons!

I, like many people who like stories, have been obsessed with Project Hail Mary for the past month or thereabouts – so much so, I have started writing a crochet pattern for Rocky.

A crochet project is photographed from above on a wood surface. All three crochet pieces are made in brown yarn. Two pieces are complete, one is a tube and one is a pentagonal-ish sphere. Around the three crochet pieces are an open notebook with unreadable handwriting in, and the top corner of "Project Hail Mary" by Andy Weir.

I am aware I still need to finish writing up my first crochet pattern, but Rocky’s just so cute! (For a spider-esque alien)

A printed sewing pattern is photographed from above on a wood surface. It is unassembled, and is in two (concerningly large) piles of paper. Around the pattern is a tape measure, a pair of paper scissors, and a sticky tape dispenser.

I have also purchased a new pattern recently, which still needs taping together. There are quite a few new things to try in this, including a zipper fly and a gusset, so I’m excited!

What have you been working on?

Anyways, see ya!

Yves
